Handmade & Original Artwork
Each item in my store is handmade or hand-drawn/painted (Unless stated otherwise, i.e, prints or any other mass-produced items) — no two are ever the same. Because of that, all sales are final once an order is placed.
Please make sure you’ve reviewed all product photos and details before purchasing.
Damaged or Lost Orders
I take great care in packaging every order so it arrives safely.
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t show up after being marked “delivered,” please contact me within 7 days of receiving it (or your delivery date).

Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)
I’ll work with you to find a fair solution — that might be a replacement, store credit, or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as I often begin packaging and preparing your art right away.
Custom or Commissioned Work
Refunds or cancellations are not available for custom or commissioned pieces once work has begun, since these are made specifically for you.
